Executive Chairman
Richard established the Buxton Group in 1968. His depth of professional knowledge and understanding of the property market and development process is proven by his unblemished record for operating successfully during fluctuating economic times. He is passionate about design and functionality, built form, landscaped gardens and has an eye for detail.
Samantha Buxton
Managing Director
Samantha represents the next generation of the family business, bringing over two decades of industry experience across property development, marketing, sales, financial investment and Retirement Village management. Samantha is responsible for the investment strategy of the Group and is focussed on fostering long term relationships with industry partners and delivering exceptional support to seniors communities.
Nolan Stevens
General Manager
Nolan is a Chartered Accountant who joined the Buxton Group in 2008 and has seen the evolution of the Buxton Group from the divestment of the core Construction business to its transformation to a diversified investment business, with an active focus on Melbourne residential development and Retirement Village management. Nolan is responsible to the Group’s board for all financial and general management of operations of the diversified interests of the company and works with our key partners in delivering successful projects.
